Office of Personnel Management Requests OMB Review of Revised Information Collection for Survivor Annuity Benefits

The Office of Personnel Management has submitted a request for review of a revised information collection, RI 25-14, to survey survivor annuitants between the ages of 18 and 22 to determine eligibility for student benefits, with approximately 14,000 forms completed annually.
