EPA Expresses Environmental Concerns Over Air Quality Impacts and Travel Management

The EPA has expressed concerns over the air quality impacts associated with travel and recreation management issues, citing the Preferred Alternative (Alternative C) as insufficient to address significant environmental impacts, and recommends the inclusion of environmentally-protective mitigation measures in the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS).
