Privacy Act of 1974 Implementation Delayed for Final Rule Exemptions

The effective date for exempting portions of the Partner Vetting System from certain provisions of the Privacy Act has been pushed back by 30 days, from its original January 2, 2009 publication date, to February 1, 2009.
