Commodity Credit Corporation Extends Comment Period for Farm Program Payment Limitation and Eligibility Rule

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is reopening the comment period for its interim rule on payment limitation and payment eligibility for Farm Programs, originally set to close on January 28, 2009, and now extended for 60 days from December 29, 2008, to allow for public input and recommendations on the revised rules.
