USDA Announces Interim Guidelines for Local and Regional Food Aid Procurement Project

The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) is issuing guidelines for the Local and Regional Food Aid Procurement Pilot Project (PPP), which aims to provide food aid to vulnerable populations in developing countries affected by food crises and disasters, and to enhance their food consumption security.
