Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Information Collection Activities

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its proposed submittal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of its information collections under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The NRC is requesting public input on its information collection activities, including the Specific Domestic Licenses to Manufacture or Transfer Certain Items Containing Byproduct Material, which requires licensees to submit information on a one-time basis and on an ongoing basis, including recordkeeping and reporting of byproduct material transfers.
