Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Safeguards Information Regulations to Enhance Security
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has finalized rules to better protect Safeguards Information (SGI) from unauthorized disclosure, ensuring the security of nuclear facilities and materials, following public comments and amendments to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
