Department of Commerce Publishes Notice on Effective Date of Privacy Act System of Records

The Department of Commerce has announced the effective date of a new Privacy Act System of Records notice, COMMERCE/CENSUS-12, which pertains to Foreign Trade Statistics, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
