Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2006-022, Contractor Performance Information

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to revise the contractor performance information process, primarily using the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), to align with the President's 2009 Memorandum on Government Contracting and manage the Government's risk associated with goods and services procurement.
