Federal Acquisition Regulation Small Entity Compliance Guide

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has issued a new Small Entity Compliance Guide (FAC 2005-38) under the joint authority of the Secretary of Defense, the Administrator of General Services, and the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The guide provides a summary of the rules in FAC 2005-38, which amend the FAR, and is available online at http://www.regulations.gov.
