U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of LCD Module Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 in an investigation into liquid crystal display modules, and is seeking written comments on potential remedies, bonding requirements, and public interest considerations.
