Consumer Product Safety Commission Requests OMB Review for Flammability Standards of Children's Sleepwear

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for an extension of approval for its flammability standards for children's sleepwear, which were first published in 2009 and require testing and recordkeeping by manufacturers and importers.
