Radio Broadcasting Services; Dundee and Odessa, NY - Staff Dismisses Counterproposal, Modifies Channel Assignments

The FCC staff has rejected a counterproposal by Bible Broadcasting Network, Inc. to allocate Channel 238A to Savona, NY, and instead assigned it to Station WFLR-FM in Odessa, NY, following a proposal by Finger Lakes Radio Group, Inc.
