FCC Approves Public Safety 700 MHz Band Rule with OMB Approval

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has confirmed that a 2000 rule adopted for the Public Safety 700 MHz Band proceeding (WT Docket No. 96-86; FCC 00-264) is now in effect, following approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on November 15, 2000.
