FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Medical Device User Fee Amendments and Foreign Small Business Qualification Certification

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule that would allow foreign small businesses to qualify for reduced medical device user fees, as part of the Medical Device User Fee Amendments of 2007.
