FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Drug, Biological Product, and Device Applications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information related to the certification required for human drug, biological product, and device applications or submissions, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The public has 60 days to provide feedback on the proposed collection.
