FDA Withdraws Direct Final Rule on Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations for Finished Pharmaceuticals

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is withdrawing a direct final rule due to significant adverse comments received, and will consider the comments in a notice of proposed rulemaking process.
