FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Export Certificates for Regulated Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule requiring firms to obtain export certificates for FDA-regulated products, such as pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices, before exporting them to countries that require such certificates for entry.
