U.S. Department of Justice Establishes National Security Division

The Department of Justice has amended its regulations to reflect the creation of the National Security Division, which was established by the USA PATRIOT Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005, and to align its internal management structure with the new division's organization, mission, and functions.
