Department of Justice Establishes New System of Records for Public Comment Management

The Department of Justice is establishing a new system of records called the Justice Federal Docket Management System (Justice FDMS), which allows public search, view, and comment on Department of Justice rulemaking documents. The system is required by the Privacy Act of 1974 and Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-130, Appendix I.
