DOJ Proposes New National Security Division System of Records

The Department of Justice is proposing to establish a new system of records, the Foreign Intelligence and Counterintelligence Records System, which will replace three existing systems of records from the Office of Intelligence Policy and Review, set to be deleted on the effective date of the new system.
