OPA Modifies Privacy Act System of Records

The Office of the Pardon Attorney is updating its Privacy Act System of Records, 'Executive Clemency Case Files/Executive Clemency Tracking System, OPA-001', due to a change in location, with the new address to be published in the Federal Register notice.
