DEA Proposes Changes to Record Requirements for Chemical Distributors

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to update its recordkeeping requirements for chemical distributors, requiring them to verify that regulated sellers have completed the mandatory self-certification process for selling scheduled listed chemical products, in compliance with the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 (CMEA).
