DEA Proposes Single-Sheet Format for U.S. Order Form for Schedule I and II Controlled Substances

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is proposing to replace its current three-part order form with a single-sheet format, featuring enhanced security features and a more user-friendly design, to facilitate the ordering of schedule I and/or II controlled substances by DEA registrants.
