U.S. Embassy Opens Competition for Administration of English Access Microscholarship Program

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a Cooperative Agreement recipient to administer the English Access Microscholarship Program, which provides English language training to disadvantaged 14- to 18-year-olds from overseas, with the goal of improving their language skills and preparing them for higher education.
