U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Information Collection Form DS-6004

The Department of State is requesting 60-day public comment for a proposed information collection form, DS-6004, which pertains to changing the end user, end use, and/or destination of hardware, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
