The State of Oregon has issued an Administrative declaration of a disaster due to severe winter storms, flooding, and landslides that occurred from January 1, 2009, to January 4, 2009, with the effective date set for March 3, 2009, and loan application deadlines of May 4, 2009, for physical loans and December 3, 2009, for economic injury loans.
