FEMA Amends Oregon Disaster Declaration for Public Assistance
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has amended its declaration of a major disaster for the state of Oregon, primarily for public assistance, following a severe winter storm that caused record and near-record snow, landslides, and mudslides in December 2008. The amended declaration is effective as of March 18, 2009, and sets deadlines for physical loan applications and economic injury loan applications.
