FTC Issues Final Rule to Prohibit Market Manipulation in Oil and Gas Markets

The Federal Trade Commission has issued a final rule to prevent fraud and deceit in the wholesale purchase and sale of crude oil, gasoline, and petroleum distillates, pursuant to the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.
