Hawaiian Airlines Seeks Declaratory Order to Continue Service to American Samoa

The US Department of the Interior is seeking public comments on a petition by Hawaiian Airlines to override an Executive Order issued by the Governor of American Samoa, which would prohibit Hawaiian Airlines from continuing to serve the territory if another airline can provide service between Honolulu and Pago Pago.
