EPA Approves Texas Plan to Reduce Highly Reactive Volatile Organic Compound Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan, which aims to reduce emissions of highly reactive volatile organic compounds in the Houston/Galveston/Brazoria ozone nonattainment area, a region that is currently not meeting federal air quality standards.
