EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan for Emission Credit Banking and Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Emission Credit Banking and Trading Program, as well as two sections of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) related to air pollution control, including a definition for new construction or modification permits.
