U.S. Coast Guard Temporarily Modifies Bridge Operation to Allow Maintenance

The U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily altered the operation of the U.S. 1 Bridge across the Housatonic River in Stratford, Connecticut, to facilitate scheduled maintenance, allowing only one of the bridge's moveable bascule spans to be opened for vessel traffic.
