National Days of Prayer and Remembrance in the United States, 2006

In 2006, the U.S. Congress passed a joint resolution designating the week of September 11, 2006, as National Days of Prayer and Remembrance, a period for Americans to come together in prayer and reflection to honor the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
