DoD Adopts Final Rule on Detainee Interaction Training for Contractors

The US Department of Defense has finalized a rule requiring contractor personnel to receive training on US laws and international obligations when interacting with detainees, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005.
