FERC Extends Comment Period for FERC-511 Information Collection Request

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has extended the comment period for its notice requesting comments on submitting the information collection FERC-511: Transfer of Hydropower License to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of the information collection requirements, correcting an initial 60-day comment window to a 30-day period that now closes on September 14, 2026.
