SEPA Approves New Rate Schedules for Kerr-Philpott System, Excludes VA-3-A

The Southeastern Power Administration published a document in the Federal Register on August 28, 2006, announcing the interim approval of new rate schedules for the Kerr-Philpott System, but failed to include rate schedule VA-3-A.
