Customs and Border Protection Finalizes Disclosure Procedures for Commercial Information

The Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has finalized its disclosure procedures for commercial information, which were previously followed by the Customs Service in the Department of the Treasury, and published on August 11, 2003.
