EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Fenamidone Residues on Carrots

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use fenamidone on carrots, resulting in a maximum permissible level for residues of fenamidone in carrots, which expires on December 31, 2009.
