Buprofezin Pesticide Tolerance Regulation Established

The U.S. government has established a pesticide tolerance for buprofezin residues on almond hulls, cotton gin byproducts, and tomato, following a request from Nichino America, Inc. The tolerance is related to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
