National Marine Fisheries Service Announces Availability of Proposed Recovery Plan for Endangered Species in Upper Columbia Region

The National Marine Fisheries Service is seeking public review and comment on a proposed recovery plan for the Upper Columbia Spring Chinook Salmon, Steelhead, and Bull Trout, with the goal of addressing the conservation needs of these threatened species in the region.
