Notice of Certain Operating Cost Adjustment Factors for 2007

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has issued a notice establishing annual factors for calculating rent adjustments under the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform and Affordability Act of 1997, as amended by the Preserving Affordable Housing for Senior Citizens and Families into the 21st Century Act of 1999, and the Low-Income Housing Preservation and Resident Homeownership Act of 1990.
