Medicaid Program: Final DSH Hospital Allotments and Limits for FY 2005, Preliminary FY 2006 and FY 2007

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the final disproportionate share hospital (DSH) allotments for Fiscal Year 2005, preliminary allotments for Fiscal Year 2006, and preliminary allotments for Fiscal Year 2007, as well as the final and preliminary limitations on aggregate DSH payments for institutions for mental disease and other mental health facilities.
