NOAA and EPA Approve New York Coastal Nonpoint Pollution Control Program

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have conditionally approved the New York Coastal Nonpoint Pollution Control Program, and are now making draft approval decisions available for public comment.
