Bureau of Indian Affairs Proposes Procedures for Gaming on Trust Lands Acquired After October 17, 1988

The Bureau of Indian Affairs is proposing procedures for Indian tribes to follow in seeking to conduct gaming on lands acquired after October 17, 1988, under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, which allows for class II and class III gaming activities on such lands if they meet certain exceptions.
