NOAA Proposes Revised Regulations for Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is proposing changes to the management plan, designation document, and regulations for the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, including expanding boundaries and introducing new regulations for historical resources and introduced species.
