EPA Seeks Public Comment on Petition to Revoke Tolerances for Pesticide Dichlorvos

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public input on a petition from the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) to revoke all tolerances for the pesticide dichlorvos (DDVP), citing concerns over its safety standards under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
