The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has updated and reaffirmed previous delegations of authority for the Office of Housing-Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and other HUD offices, effective as of the original notice issued on August 11, 2003, and the subsequent update on March 4, 2004.
