The Surface Transportation Board has granted an exemption to Coast Belle Rail Corp. d/b/a Santa Maria Valley Railroad-Lease and Operation Exemption-Line of Coast Belle Rail, LLC, allowing the railroad to operate under a different set of rules, effective immediately.
