Measuring Educational Gain in the National Reporting System for Adult Education

The Secretary proposes to establish procedures for determining the suitability of tests for use in the National Reporting System for Adult Education (NRS), which would also outline procedures for States and local eligible providers to follow when using suitable tests for NRS reporting.
